Senator in the next stall AOL	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Jul 22, 2008 Judged: 1 Did anyone else catch the "scrapper" from Warren at the end of the city council meeting complaining about the competition and permits. Did you know that you need a $100 permit to pick trash in this city? Violation is a $500 fine and impounding your vehicle! The scrapper states he only works SCS on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, kinda wish he would have bid for the new waste contract!

I could not believe when he said he is losing thousands a week. Who new the junk man was raking in a a couple g's a week. The hell with college my kids gettin a stake truck when he turns 18.

I've emailed and called Bob and Kenny over several issues and have never received a response. I guess maybe I should live in a garbage can and not shower for a week, then go talk to him in person. LOL!
