everyone, involved sound have thought before anything took place; our children are dying and going to jail for too long... let's stop all this back and forth conversation and start praying & teaching our children right from wrong the best we know how. dorsey is and was a very respectful young man and alissa the same as far as i know. it takes a lifetime to be a responsible person and a second to lose everything that everyone ever thought was good in you, like all are doing now. why didnt anyone talk to them or their parents before all this happened. so you're gulity too....your sentence is life w/o dorsey or alissa...

All the party involved needed to be sentenced to life if you ask me. At least yall people are in jail and you get to still see them. They took my family member away from us. I would love to see my cousin behind bars instead of in the ground think about that before you speak.

Her mother and younger sister went to my church a few years back before this happened. I went to school with Alyssa so I already knew of her never talked to her though. Anyways, her mother would plead with me to invite Alyssa to go to church with us and hang out with her because she was worried that her daughter was hanging out with the wrong crowd. Me, being so un-confident, never even bothered to approach her. A year later, if that, I am at work flipping through the newspaper and read this news. A lesson learned I guess, I am the type of person that in every situation somehow finds a way to blame myself for what happens, and it is no different in this case. Maybe if she had started going to church who knows, maybe she would have never been in this situation. My heart goes out to her and her family. Peace.

well just leave it at this the family is not to blame i watched her family try to punish her she didnt give a fuck i would say its more of a chemical inbalance but n e ways alyssa was ghetto even befor she met dorsey ....i know from a personal experience she walked into a house of a guy my friend was dating and attacked my friend i also heard about a time she planned to beat ome 1 up n have it taped she talked and acted very reckless and she thought she was invincible i feel sry for her family i do beleive still she shouldnt have been charged with murder but other charges yes and that dorsey kid ghetto piece of shit and it was his choice
