You know I find it funny Jill and Crystal my past really was brought to the front but I think lots of people are able to look past it especially when they get to know me.
See the thing about you is you took advantage of a woman who thought she could trust you with her business when she was depressed and went to the hospital. And you targeted an innocent person who was trying to help someone and you did it anonymously and then tried to play the victim when you got caught. If only you could go to jail for being a two faced bitch, and you know what the fact that you can't means you'll probably be a repeat offender. And I think that's the worst kind of person ever, criminal record or not. |

She has my Disney cruise reservation and has failed to send my cruise documents to me. DCL will not resend directly to me because Erin is still the agent - so no one was thoughtful enough to steal my cruise reservation. At this point I don't care who has it as long as someone services it. I'm scheduled to leave in 2 weeks and DCL states that without the luggage tags for the DCL transfer service, they will not take my bags to the ship. Since the luggage tags are in the documents I'm between a rock and a hard place. Meanwhile, I am fighting with DCL to have the luggage tags sent directly to me - but I would be appreciative if you could point me to Erin. We have not heard from her since Aug 18 and I would like my documentation that I am owed. Since she's getting paid commission I think she should provide the service. Whatever insider info you have is appreciated. I stumbled on this forum while searching for ways to contact her. There's been some snarky-ness, I guess, based on all the deleted posts, but please understand, I am sincerely a "current" client of Erin's that been hosed. I am not pretending to be anyone else for any ulterior reason, I really am just trying to get my vacation finalized. Use my email address above to confirm. Any way I can get in contact with Erin would be appreciated since she hasn't responded to the last email and phone# she provided (after the NGUT website/email/telephone was disconnected) and we had to have another agent make final payment for us so we didn't lose our vacation.

oh, i wrote above the quote before. I was directing my post to Irene - or anyone else that can give me Erin's current contact information. According to DCL I really need my cruise documents and since Erin has them I really need them from her. It was confirmed they were sent to Erin and since I'm 2 weeks away I should have received them by now. Or if Erin is in the hospital still, please let me know who is temporarily servicing her clients as any good business would have a backup for emergencies. However, I wasn't given any backup for this last round of "drop-off-the-face-of-the -earth" so I have no recourse. I'd rather not spend the next 2 weeks fighting with Disney over documents.

Also check with your bank I work for a business club and I know that when we can't refund money to clients on rare occasions they dispute the transaction with their bank and we usually get notified about it later. So that could be an option if you can cancel your trip.
I booked with Small World Vacations because of Mousesavers and I had to cancel my trip because the agent really didn't do anything to help me. After begging and pleading with Disney and getting escalated and made it a point how much I didn't want to contact this woman I was able to cancel. Don't give up. |

Did they tell you she owns them because after asking who owned them I was able to get Custom Travel Professionals name. But the agent on my clients reservation was the same even though that agent was with another agency. Both the agent and my client couldn't get or do anything, but they ended up cancelling and rebooking, I know you are paid in full, did you have insurance?
You should be able to file a claim and get all of your money back. I am not sure that Erin owns your reservation to be honest with you the problem we ran into was there was a note on the agency about not being able to contact the owner, and they offered to work with us then, the problem arose when we found out that reservation had new ownership at Custom Travel Professionals and I'm not fully sure they are in operation because they don't seem to answer anyone's requests. |
