Sorry about that, I was only trying to get your attention. What to do about this? How to get public assistance - Not any bs pretend political assistance- Let me tell you - I do suffer. But one thing is true . Not by me , but the public really could care less. It hurts hearing that ? Well thats the truth. States attorneys telling you to f off. police dept telling you to f off. Well they dont say it to your face but thats whats really going on. Hey even at your local laz house telling you to f off. karma -ha.God -ha.soul-ha. praying-ha. Real quiet, guess nothing to report

2 years and still no closer to what happened. What a heartbreak for all involved. I will keep John in my prayers.

Does anybody know if the local authorities are still actively pursuing the search, working on the case? I know the friends & family are doing what they can, but I haven't heard/seen anything on what the police are doing.

what can they do they cant prove there was a crime,there is no crime scene, there is no body. Where would you start to look. At this point I dont want to be rude and I feel very deeply for the family but would there be any reason for him to want to disappear? Maybe they should try to follow that posibility. Leslie, youve been very quiet on here how are you and the family holding up?

There has to be someone on the Police radar for this case. They have probably just been waiting for a break in order to pursue it. For one, this wasn't a random crime that is for sure. More than likely someone close to John. So Police know if someone can not account properly for the evening hours of that Friday in question. Somebody is going to pay that is for sure. Well, then there is the possibility that it was a hit job, but it doesn't seem that way at this point.

Watching the news closely after the discovery of human remains in the DesPlaines river, I was shocked at the response of the news reporters on Wednesday. When the discovery was first made the hopes & fears were brought to light for the families of Lisa Stebic and Stacy Peterson. Their stories back in the news, refreshing everyones minds. Then yesterday those hopes were dashed as the remains were identified as being that of a male. My heart goes out to the Stebic & Peterson families for what must have been a flood of mixed feelings. But with the announcement of the remains being male, the news ended. What about the males missing from the area? There was no mention of those cases at all, that I saw. And yet the families of Scott Arcarro, Bradley Olsen & John Spira are feeling those same feelings of fear & hope. Media don't you get it??? Men are victims sometimes too. My prayers for all.

What happened to the sign by John's work. It is gone.

Well from the updates to the Spira site it looks like my comments regarding Stubben were not far off. Too bad they waited so long to wake up, it will be almost impossible to squeeze him and the ex-wife now.
