The Declaration of Independence is, in large part, a list of grievances against a tyrannical despot, King George.

The irony of displaying it during the Repiblican convention is priceless.

your silly attempt at being witty which shows your true lack of understanding of political parties is priceless.

despite what your extremist circle of friends are currently preaching, our political parties are essentially the same thing.

It would be more meaningful to me if they displayed the Constitution. Something that the current administration nearly forgot existed.

I don't know that posting complaints about over-taxation from a remote and un-responsive government is in the RNC best interest.

I agree, both parties are mostly the same--that is, they both work for 90% of the same special interest groups. They then use hot-button issues like gayness and abortion to convince the masses they are fundamentally different.

How about for starters they post both the Consititution and the Declaration of Independence, then make sure that all the delegates and party members actually read them!

If the Constitution was here, Chris Coleman would probably only use it to continue to wipe his ass with. He has totally ignored it in the past as has most of the Minnesota legislature and Federal Government.

What makes you think I'm any more enamored of the Democrats?
