Man sentenced to 20-year term in sodomy case

A Spruce Pine man has pleaded guilty to sodomizing a 10-year-old girl. A Franklin County grand jury had charged 29-year-old Jason William Lacireno with first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sodomy.

I cannot believe what is happening to this young fellow.there must be some other explaination for this kind of thing. Maybe sone unanswered questions. this is a person i know very well. I believe and trust him. I don't believe he is capable of such a thing.

I am very sorry to hear that, as I know that this man is incapable of doing such a thing. It is too bad that he is Canadian and that to me did not have a fair trial nor did he have a proper lawyer as he is an external.

The family of this little girl even backs him up, and is still in contact with him every so often. Do you understand anything by this?

I leave this in Gods hands and trully believe that everything will settle in Gods hands.

The only thing I might add is that whatever this was intended for, the person(s) responsible will have this on their conciense for the rest of their lives. I truly think that this was a set up.

It's too bad that it takes a part away from so many lives.
