This place is truely a eye sore i would not advise anyone to stay here it needs to be pushed down.The city should make them clean it up or shut it down and put some new owners in there.

Report them to the health department if it isn't up to code they will make sure it will be.

I live in Atlanta. I travel a lot and have yet to see a hotel as nasty as the one in Haleyville. Since the city of Haleyville only has one hotel, why can't somebody do something. It wasn't always this way. I used to stay there a lot but no more. The last time I was there in Sept 2008, the sheets had not been changed from the previous occupant. Is there no pride left in Haleyville?

The City of Haleyville has 2 motels. One is the Haleyville Motel (which this review was about) the other is the Imperial Inn. I can not imagine why you would have chosen the Haleyville Motel over the Imperial Inn in the first place.

The Haleyville Motel has been closed for almost two years now. There are a few people who live there as apartments but they no longer are open for business.

apartments or whatever i still would not live there. i have seen children come out of there and it is definitly no place for children to live.
