well let me but in with this little tidbit i don't no much about the fire chief sleeping with his mistress but i no this went on for a fact.without telling names anyone want to guess what rich high society lady was at the roach motel with one of the elected officials.they used that rat hole believing no one would see them but they did get seen .does it surprise anybody that stuff like that goes own in Springfield with officials and married lady's?if we do that then its a shame on us and its a " put-down" but when rich lady's and elected officials do it then its called an affair.org ies affairs sex on duty cover ups crooked officials in SPRINGFIELD ,tell me i must be dreaming or is more people talking lol poor springfield

Guess he got away with all the crap he did.. Cause he is still there working. He has it made I guess.. Good job fire chief. You got caught with your secretary AND you got to keep your job. Not to mention how awesome a person you are.. Springfield hit a new low with this one. Good job guys, it isn't swept under the rug if everyone still is upset about it!!

No he does not get to keep his job. He is leaving shortly. Also has left his church. Anybody else out there feel qualified to cast more stones at him if you feel you are better than he is. Go at it.

I do not think in better than him, I simply believe if I were in his shoes my actions would be different. With that being said, my outcome would be different too. I wouldn't have the luxury to wait till June to retire. I'd be laid of the moment all this surfaced. I just don't see how he was treated softly of the matter when it made the firehall look bad. I just would think the city would have more class than that to keep dirty laundry there. He's such a great role model to the other fireman.. I hate that about his church, but maybe it was because both Amy and his wife(ex?) go there as well.. I'm sure it's not easy walking into that.

SOME of them are lies but the truth is he cheated on his wife and got caught AND has no consequences! That's just plain wrong.

Now THAT is true. Sad, but true. And he keeps acting like he has done nothing wrong. Like he is above everyone else. Like he has done nothing to be sorry for. That is the sad truth.
