Sorry, power scares me. 99% of the police professionals that I know give of their self every day. It's that 1% that seem to be on their own trip that I just don't get. Sorry, I thought you were one of those. I know the truth is known and I am frustrated by due process. Wish I could help.

terrcat, IF this case was one that could be put together, then it would have been. There has been many entities work on this thing including the fbi. if all of the answers were known, then the problem would be solved. Some know and don't talk, like the alleged innocent, some are dead and can't talk, like the victim's and a suspect or two, and some just plain won't talk like Lord Voldermort and a few under his rule who are prosperous because of his moola. This thing doesn't merely sit around because of what one wants to call corruptness. Thats ludicrous. It merely sells a better mystery story. And that is what this blog is about, a person throwing a bunch of crap together and selling it as truth.

You are asking "Who" do you turn too? At least that is how I interpret the last statement unless you are saying do you turn too, which if that is the case I don't understand the comment. Who? with all the hype about corruptness, I'd say you just pick someone and decide to trust them or not. Don't merely take the advice of either side. Remember there are those whose agenda may not be truth and justice but instead a perceived pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I'd say book writers who want TV time and movie deals are likely to support a money making agenda. I'd say anyone involved as plaintiffs or their lawyers would be pursuing a financial agenda as well. The two have filed and seek over 57 million total. The PI's work for people who pay them money so guess what? There is that money agenda again. No good answer. Sorry

Who Filed a 57 million dollar law suite? How can I find this info?

Curious about a few things in this case. Why did RS brag that he did the murder? Why was he at the scene so quickly? Many inaccuracies in the book as I know several people involved. Another OJ case, the perp gets off.

terrcat, are you not aware that Steidl and Whitlock are ingaged in suing just about everyone involved in the initial investigation and also the reinvestigation which commenced in 2003? The total between the two suits comes in at around 57 million. Try the freedom of information act to research this. 99% of the media want to take the not guilty stance and the police are corrupt. It sells more paper.

I believe Prasse and Riddell would be killed regardless where the crime took place. If Riddell was present when someone is tapping Prasse, then Riddell gets it too. It just so happens that Prasse lived in Edgar Co. I see Prasse as the target and Riddell as collateral damage. Sorry for your loss.

Terre Haute IN, what a waste of land. This is where hero is from. Custer, why in the hell would you even begin to not recognize the love and sympathy the family members have been shown. Problem is, the problem still exists. There is basically an unsolved double homicide here where more than likely there are several people still walking around that was part of the crime. I'd say there is now a fair amount of information established which leads one to at least begin to be able to speculate the involvement of several, but NOT enough information to charge and/or convict. Custer, you just sucker punched me for NO reason. Find better medication, what you are on does not seem to be working.
