I think that the cops and the laws here in Jacksonville or so messed up. I mean a cop shots and kills a young man and his friends are charged for it. Just another reason why Jacksonville is the failure it is. From the corrupt Cops to the sorry judges that do the cases here in Jax. What an amazing turn out to a case. where someone else is charged for these failures they call "COPS" here in Jacksonville and then find out that the young man didn't even have a gun AMAZING.

Rodney,
If you understood this funny thing called the LAW, you would understand that felony murder is a charge that is placed on criminals who, as a result of their own actions (armed robbery), caused the death of their accomplice. See, it's really simple----if those pieces of crap hadn't committed ARMED ROBBERY, their friend would still be alive, get it? You're the ignorant one---get an education and be part of the solution instead of blaming everyone else. Typical.

Hey citizen of the police state if you knew anything about the law felony murder implies that they killed or they pre-meditated murder. The kid was shot in the back by a cop if anything it would be manslaughter.Citizen you are such a tool if you only had half a brain you would still only have half a brain. Its voters like you that are aiding in the destroying of this country

Joker,

Ok, you win. You are obviously extraordinarily astute when it comes to the law. Do you wear your little hat with the propeller on it when you go to work at your law firm, or do they make you wear a tie? Oh---whoops, silly me. That would be non-politically correct of me to assume that you have a job. I'm sorry---do you wear a tie to go downtown to collect your check?

And furthermore, I would use more sophisticated anachronisms if I thought you could comprehend the verbage, but I will use the KISS method with you and keep it extremely simple so that you might understand:

You don't frighten me.
You can't overpower me with words, because you are illiterate.
You are part of the problem.
You can attempt a comeback to this message, but will only succeed in making a complete fool of yourself.

In conclusion, the majority of people on this forum understand that you are nothing. You are nothing and you never will be anything but a trifling little person with no goals and no self-motivation. Bring it. And please. for the love of God, use grammatically correct English so those of us with an education can understand what you are attempting to say.

i didn't say it was manslaughter said it was simple minded unpatriotic A-holes like yourself and Citizen Dumb-F**k who are too afraid to live free and require Government agencies to set your standard of life. You are the type who need to be told what your beliefs are. You have no respect for what this country was formed for. you are the type that has and never will accomplish anything on your own. Did Daddy pay for your college? Don't choke on your silver spoon you pathetic waste of oxygen

Aww how cute citizen boy thinks he's smart. He goes to work everyday and does as he's told. He is probably a religious man, he's been bred to be a sheep through and through. As long as he does as he's told he will be rewarded with material possesions. Ahhh Hitler would have been proud of you. Explain to me wise one with the FCCJ education how underany circumstances is shooting anyone in the back who is not aiming his weapon, but running away anything but cowardly. This act would be considered illegal if a resident with a concealed weapons permit were to have been the shooter. Life was NOT in danger at the time of the shooting. A similar incident to this happened while i was in New York and the officer who shot the bad guy in the back was charged and ironically it was an undercover cop that he shot in the back. ps I put myself through college in one of the nations best private universities. I have and continue to travel the world gaining an educational experience that CAN NOT BE TAUGHT in any book tv show or classroom. Get off your lazy a** Leave your overpriced mass-produced suburban prison file for a passport and see whats really going on in the world....oops i forgot your too much of a chicken sh*t to.
