Review: Better Deal Auto Repair

I have had a long and challenging battle with my car and Casey. My car is still in its 90days and he is refusing to fix it. He made me drive off the lot with a promise of fixing it if the check engine light did not turn off. He said the only way we are going to get anything out of him is if we take him to court. If you are going to do business with Casey be prepared for his lies, abstinence of conversation, poor language, work not done right and in the end, over priced. All I left his shop with was a bigger headache, a smaller pocket book and a car that is no better living the shop as it came in. You’ll have better luck doing your business somewhere else. my husband took our car in and had the air conditioner replaced and the oil changed. we got almost to where we were driving and our engine blew up. we were told nothing about anything being wrong. we had to have a new engine put in the car which cost us an arm and a leg. we didnt think anything about it being this car place, until we had them put another air conditioner in our car as it only lasted one yr and my husband drove it in houston for 1 yr without air. we also had the oil changed. we started out on another trip and we got to rogers tx and the engine blew again and it was the same thing. gas or something in the oil. we had to have it towed and a new engine put in again. this time it cost more. so far now this place has cost us about 6000 of new engines. do not take your car to this place. I dotn know what is going on. we pay twice ..we pay them to work on our car and then pay when we try to drive it again....the better business bureau needs to hear about this place.

I have always had a wonderful experience with Better Deal. The guys alway check out my car and let me know what maintenance will be needed soon. Casey has been very good to my family and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for affordable and honest auto repair.

if somebody knows the real name of the owner of better deal auto in spring please let me know asap!!!!!!!! at jpbrightwell@yahoo.com he is a lieing steeling peice and waist of human flesh. i have been an auto mech. for 20+ years. me and my sister grad. from klein high. she works for a lawfirm and her husband is an attorney. if yall would help with legal fees we can stop this crooked theif and hit him where it hurts the most!!!he is a crooked scumbag!!!!!!!!!! try genes automotive on springstubner just east of kuykehndahl (by klein oak high school) for real honest and affordible auto repairs no fast talk. dont just blow this off and let him keep doiing this. my stepsons truck drove in three weeks ago for transmission work and is nondrivable unless he pays more money for there screw up.!(lindy at) jpbrightwell@yahoo.com

Mr. Lindy aren't you just a mobile mechanic who can't get any good work so you are just picking on this business because you're ticked off at the world. I've heard about your type of repairs as well. Take a look at yourself.

I don't care what anyone says about this shop. I have been their customer since the first day they opened. Casey has always treated me fairly. He has always fixed my car right, and at the right price. Some people are just looking to get something for nothing. I will always stay loyal to this shop.

I took my car there to get my brakes fixed and they claimed that I needed to replace my pump. A week later my car broke down because they didn't install the pump properly. When my dad and I returned to ask what happened and asked them to fix it they said that it would be another 300 dollars and we had to buy another pump! When we argued about the fact that we had just purchased one from them they told us to leave the premises and "take our Mexican behind back to Mexico if we wanted better service." I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT TRUSTING THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to meet with Casey from Better Deal Auto.. on a Deal we have pending. I am a shop owner, and Dad too. I know Casey has a family, and is trying to run his business. I have given My end of the bargin, and have a Meeting with him this week. I will post with details of how it went. Seems like he want's to do the right thing. So far it has been okay, but this will be the Tell all meeting..... check back.

It was a nightmare dealing with this shop and Casey. He treats his customers with total disrespect! He tried to use threats, fowl language and intimidation on me (a single working mother). He repeatedly lied and did not meat deadlines for work completion. This man has SERIOUS character flaws! I'm thinking the people who say good things about him are 1) his employees who are desperate to keep a job or 2) relatives who are being forced to do so BY HIM! Don't be a fool. Stay away from this shop! Take your money to a legitimate shop that knows how to treat customers.

Get out as quickly as you can! Do not do any kind of business with him. He can not be trusted!

I took my daughter's car in there when running rough and engine light was on. Well after fours days and $856.42 dollars later it was NOT fixed. Casey replaced several parts...but not the problem.
If Engine light comes on and a OBD II is used to determine the code in which to reflect to a chart will tell the system error.. Well,,,they must not of had the chart or software to determine.. End of a Better Deal ,,,,I went to the dealer and paid 94.00 for a computer upgrade...just like a Microsoft for your home computer...I report you decide. No Better Deal Auto..for my teenage daughter with noo car for Four days and my almost a GRAND$$$$ Mr. Dad

I took my car in there to get it fixed. Well after over $600 dollars later it was NOT fixed. They replaced several parts...but not the problem Casey said I needed a catalyst converter, the mechanic said a sensor that controls air flow and the lady said the cruise control was bad. NEVER GO THERE MY CAR IS STILL NOT WORKING.
