Rental Homes in Spring Hill Area

I am going through a divorce due to spouse adultery and need to find a quality, affordable rental home in the Williamson County side of Spring Hill.

Can anyone help me with one or more reputable landlords in Spring Hill?

Hi Christine, I am relocating from California and am looking for the same type of residence. I am looking for a 4 Bedroom house in Spring Hill (Williamson County). I have researched the schools and prefer my children attend Longview Elementary and Heritage Middle School. Other than that, I am not very familiar with the area. We're moving to Spring Hill sometime before Christmas and we need a house to lease. We're a married couple with one 12 year old child (at home). The company I work for has an office in Spring Hill and we want to give TN a try.

Does it have to be on the Williamson side? We just bought a BRAND New townhouse 3 bed 2.5 bath are hoping to rent it out for $775 a month plus 500 dollar deposit..no pet and no smoking..its gorgeous. Let me know...thanks!

Have you leased the home in Spring Hill yet? My family and I are looking to move there and need atleast a 3 br 1800 sqft house asap

I don't know if you realize it but you can buy a new home at The Reserve at Port Royal for around $1000. With an FHA loan/3% down/30 yr fixed rate at 5.75% you can own and not rent.
