Up and coming in Spring Hill.... shops, businesses, restaurants, etc.

I have been looking all over for a list of retail, business, and restaurants coming to Spring Hill and cannot find such a thing. I just came across this website and these forums and everyone seems to be actively reading and positing to them, so I'll give this a shot! Start positing things that are coming - even if you think it is a rumor, maybe someone else has more info. My hope is that we can get a great idea on what is coming to our fast moving town and when.
Here is what I know so far... Starbucks in November, Target/kohls/logans/cracker barrel march 08, 5/3 bank in front of lowes, kroger off port royal and maybe a new kroger at buckner and 31. I have heard possibilities of Zaxbys and Olive Garden, as well as a rec center - can anyone confirm? What can you add??
(for some reason it is posting me from kingston springs... but I am in Spring Hill, I have no idea where it is getting that info and how to change it!)

I heard a SunTrust is coming. woohoo!
Id love to see an Olive Garden down here.

You're correct. Sun Trust is going in next door to Burger King. Also, I noticed the list above showed the Kroger on Port Royal Road as "Permitting". I'm not sure exactly what this means, but I did notice today that all the existing houses have been removed from that property and it looks like it's already being graded/leveled for construction. I'd say the story will probably be completed by late Spring/early Summer.

Received word today that Captain D's is planning to build in Belshire Village, in front of Lowe's.

where will BW3's be located?

I am not sure about the BW3s... the ones I have been to have all been in like a shopping center, not a stand alone, so maybe with target, or in some of the retail spaces next to kroger or lowes? Just a guess.

For anyone looking forward to zaxbys... I read a press release on their site saying that they are goaled to have 44 locations in and around nashville, so keep your eyes out for one coming in around spring hill soon!

Does anyone know of any sites or resources that have reliable info on what is being built or in planning stages?

As far as I know, there aren't really any sites to speak of. I just have a couple of friends who work with two of the Real Estate Developers who are bringing in some of the retail. Also, you can always keep an eye on the Monthly Planning Commission agenda on the city's web site, www.springhill.org . Each stand-alone retail/restaurant project, including outparcels for existing shopping centers, will have to get approval from the Commission. So, these items will be mentioned on the agenda from their earliest stages. The only thing that will not be on this agenda are stores that are leasing space within an existing shopping center, which was already approved as a whole. This would include the other big box retailers in The Crossings, for instance.

Also...I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but we will be getting 3 Starbucks locations around the same time. One is the stand alone location on Hwy 31, opening in December. The second is to be located in the SuperTarget within The Crossings. The third will be located in the new Kroger, currently being built on Port Royal Road.

An article in today's Tennessean (12-04-07) also stated that a J.C. Penney store has been confirmed for the property adjacent to The Crossings.

Has anyone heard of any jewelry stores coming to The Crossings (Kay's,etc.)?

Hey, anyone know what is being built in front of lowes - long, skinny, with narrow tall windows on the side? next to the new suntrust I believe.

Also wondering about what is being built at the tanyard springs entrance across from saxbys?

And for all you gamers - game station is going in next to the dippin dots/nashville pet/etc.
