Yes beware of what? If you had an issue with them and take the time to post than share what the problem was.

I know that one gym on 19 closed and the owner took off and left people hanging who paid for memberships.

He also had a convicted felon running the place.

But "beware" tells people nothing.

Beware of foot fungus?.....LOL.

Yes you are right the old owners did take alot of people for money but I have nothing to do with with them or do I no them. So that is why I said come in.

So this gym is at the same location? It would help both you and the original poster if there was some communication.

From what I have seen and also heard, the owner's wife(or girlfriend) is a tad unstable. I witnessed an incident at a local restaurant that was "a bit out of control" staff of the restaurant stated "those are the new owners of extreme fitness." my husband owns a few couple businesses and one thing i know is that your reputation preceeds you. the actions of these people and their suspect reputations do not make me want to join this gym.

Powerhouse, couldn't think of the name. Yes he closed up and took the members money. He was caught by HT sneaking out the equipment at night saying he was closing down for a remodel....LOL.

He took off and left people in the lurch.

He had conviced felons running the place,great when they have your credit card of bank account numbers.

If you can't do a pay as you go, I wouldn't chance it.

I checked it out today and the place looks great. You can pay as you go or you can sign a contract. Top notch equipment. This place is set to open on the 15th of October. Check it out and meet the owner if you have any concerns afterwards don't join.

Convicted felons...lol. He is a good guy, just got mixed up with dillenhunt or whatever his name was. Lost a ton of money that he invested. Have a little empathy, could've been you if you trust too much. People suck
