I see for the second day now our sheriff of brookridge and his right hand man sitting on the blvd,toy radar gun in hand protecting us from grandma speeding 2 miles over the limit. come on folks we are wasting money on trucks with air running at $3.25 a gal. for what? these two need to be here from 7 pm to 7am so we realty feel secure at night, not from 9am to 3pm. highest cost we have and we get little or no protection. we need to be looking for another out side security company to do the job right and get these guys off the gravey train

Protection; safeguard. residents of brookridge heed this warning you are not Secure from vandaliam or robbery here in brookridge if you are counting on our very expensive key stone cops to be looking out for your homes,( Snowbirds especially ) while you are gone over the summer no one from the club house/ security office watches over your home.They drive by (same time very day, 5 days a week (monday-friday) not much on the weekend,come on folks you can't expect them to be here on the weekend do you? The volunteers do what they can but hey what do you want for $300,000? Yesterday my neighbor took a hacksaw up to storage to cut his lock off his ulity trailer not one of the so called security people came to see what this guy was up too. Why did we spend all that money on cameras if the people in charge are to busy BSing in the club house / security office to check him out.We should take the security signs off our new trucks and club house door, better yet lets do something about getting real security,at night when we need it and get rid of the do nothing people we have now. Well another robbery on midmoor this time, I think we could have someone in there 90s,blind, with a seeing eye dog do a better job protecting us then the poor excuse for security we have now. you people need to wake up and get some real security people who know how to stop all these robberies,for the money we spend we can well afford better.

Brookridge residents how long are we going to pay for the highest paid (so called security guy) sitting out on the blvd. with his toy radar gun, hour after hour and day after day? can you spell rip off.,is this what we want for security? do you know or care security cost (3) times as much as grounds or admin.? WE are gettin very little for our money but if you don't mind no one looking after your homes while your away it's ok with me. I know that we could do a lot better then the key stone cops we have now and for the code enforcement,he would not make a pimple on the behind of a real one, do you know we have cars in here with no insurance or plates but hey a trailer park is a trailer park.

i know how to solve the back gate problem, put ward out there in the moring and afternoon from monday-friday to let the school kids out for school and in to come home at night that way maybe he would be earning his pay check.although some one would have to show him how to lock the gate, that could be ray or bob

Well jerry w schad, go to a home owners meeting stand up, and request a vote of all present to do away with armed security and install a neighborhood watch, I really have not noticed any security agency in this county the Sheriff seems to have that locked up, insure that the vote is scheduled for a date that will be during the school year and have mail in ballot for those that cant make it, also be wary of who you choose for the neighborhood watch you could be assisting those who wish to rob you check them out yourself in the internet..

try as I might the powers to be won't let you talk at a meeting. arm? are telling me these key stone cops carry fire arms? that is real scarey.

its possible depends on the contract with the agency, or if he is a retired police Officer with authorized to carry, this is stuff you need to know.

i for one carry all the time all mags, I don't think they do but what the hay some of these old gals do get out of hand and i would not put it pass our retired cop to shoot on sight lol

Do happen to have a copy of the CC&R's for your community, it should state in there how meetings are conducted and who can speak, violations of the CC&R's by the elected officers should be there as well, use what they use against you against them, they hate that, as for carrying na I like a good .45. But don't since I have not completed the paperwork yet.

as I rode around Brookridge today I counted 22 trucks,car,s towing trailers all either mowing lawns, repairing roofs, painting, pressure washing etc. NOT ONE OF THE TRUCKS OR CARS AND TRAILERS HAD SIGNS ON THEM, WHY? I THINK THERE IS A SIGN OUT FRONT BEFORE THE GATE THAT REQUIRES WORKING EGUIPTMENT TO POST COMPANY NAMES. YOU SEE PEOPLE OF BROOKRIDGE WITH THE HIGH COST OF SECURITY $300 PLUS THOUSAND WE GET NOT ONE THING FOR THE MONEY SPENT. OH they do come by and tell us not to park on the grass. I can get another good night sleep tonight knowing that the sheriff is only five minutes away.

if u noticed I said that we have a sign posted out side the gate that says no sign no work in brookridge I think I did explain well enough so even ye with little schooling could or should understand it.
