This is ridiculous! I am soon to finalize a business decision. With Lady Escalade being threatened now, and the mentality of some capable of much more, the drama, the slander, the bashing, the possibility of more damage on the property and fences, such small towns and 2 county's are involved, full of busy bodies taking sides - both on mine and yours... This has nothing to do with "who's" taking who's side. I've had many visits and phone calls on this, who hear's what from Angler's and Spoke and around, text's, what's being said...all small town stuff. This has to do with childish behavior between adults who are not acting like adults. Who's gonna win - who's gonna loose!!!

My business partner has never had to go through this kind of drama and bull, is not used to it and is on guard 24/7 now for 3 days and nights. This all is in chaos!!! All just because we picked up a horse that was loose, not contained in any fencing, that turned out to be one of mine that was snuck off (stolen along with Cool Beans) the property by you guys. This has nothing to do with the law, who's right - who's wrong.

Is it my horse you want back or is it the drama you are enjoying here...Because under certain conditions, If my horse means this much to you, I'd be willing to give my horse up to get rid of you's, the drama, slandering, bashing, etc. I should not have to loose my horse over this - AGAIN! but if that's what it takes...This is not about me giving up - This is business - Not Personal...We'll get it done legally, with bill of sale from me, and papers signed by you with contigency's . No personal talking, all agreed upon with email, here, including the 3 condition's. This way, ALL will know the outcome, no he said/she said. You will then - LEAVE US THE HELL ALONE! NOW - the balls in your court. Both sides will loose - both sides will win!!!

In lieu of our current situation it would be advantageous to my partner as well as myself, to find a conclusion that will satisfy all parties best interests.

In an adult's demeanor this can be settled without threats, personal insults, slander and damages that could have consequences to innocent parties, ie: my business partner, my business acquaintances and dealers, my customers, the innocent youth, the innocent horses on this property, my boarders, Kickin' Country Staff and customers and future clients. I am willing to release my horse in question to you providing a few provisions. This will be the end of bad relations and we will "all" go our own way with no residual complications.

I have written one single post on this message board prior to this and that was the original message regarding a stolen horse. In addition, that single message was prior to finding out exactly where that horse was taken physically and by whom, and for whatever reasons real or imagined.
First, I do have to sincerely apologize for my name showing up as from 'Cable'in that original post and for the ensuing mass confusion that may have caused for one or more individuals. I have no idea how that happened when I registered. That has been corrected. It's a good thing some out there can put 2 and 2 together and understand it was me, Scott in Hayward. I am certain they are thanking God for single digits.
to the reason for this post...For the record, my wife nor my daughters have added additional entries to this board per my very strict instructions.For anyone who can comprehend the concept of an IP address, this statement is true. Although they do have minds of their own and have plenty to communicate with others, this is not the venue to do so. And no, the posts were not placed via an off-site PC,laptop, various firewalls,etc.
I do respect the rights of others to express themselves. The fact is there are numerous individuals who see this situation as yet one more example of dishonesty from one or more persons and have addressed their displeasure in their own way. I have not read any of these posts.
I do find it interesting that someone immediately suspected my family for some perceived transgressions. As i recall my daughter had her wedding reception at the Ranch. We paid years of boarding to the Ranch without ever being late. How many times were we called the 'best boarders'? Better yet, how many times did I personally loan money because a pot to piss in could not be found. The reason for our separation from the Ranch was the assumption that, unlike the past, someone would work 7 days,60+hours a week without enumeration and work just for the joy of being at the Ranch. But, all this is history and means nothing as it relates to the situation at hand, only relates to someone jumping the gun in name calling and slinging mud. Maybe this was caused by misdirected anger, an overabundance of time on someone's hands, a declining mental capacity,or simply a combination of all.
I can say I personally wish everyone the best in their endeavors. No matter what name it's gone by in the past, this year or next,I wish the Ranch receive the same great successes that were achieved on Hwy 77,then 63, and present location to date.
That said, this is my last entry. As with any posts prior to this or posts entered out front i will not be on this site again to read them. In addition,I will not have anyone relay the details of the inane ramblings therein.

RE: Restitution of Trespassing Allegations, Slander, Liable, Defamation of Character, Threats, Damages, Additional False Accusations, Harassment, Lost Revenue to Wisconsin Equine Rescue & Youth Ranch, Gina Benson, Corey ______. This includes using innocent business names of parties not involved re:_________ Kickin’ Country Ranch, Kickin Country Trail Rides and the former Appa-Lolly Ranch.
Dear (names being withheld here)
It is understood that despite complications of how and why’s Gemini was thought to be owned by *&^%$*&^%$#@! prior to his bill of sale, and why Gina Benson knew she was still owner under the circumstances she was not aware of, where possibly this horse was “given away by other parties not authorized to give her property away”, Gina Benson, who is the rightful owner, is presenting this decision on a business level, not a personal decision, and giving up right’s to her horse, only to end the drama, threats, slandering, bashing, harassment, personal insults and defamation of character caused by *&^%$*&^%$#@!'s “friends” already mentioned above. Also under the circumstances and not knowing the details, I myself do apologize to *&^%$*&^%$#@! for “assuming” he then stole my horse off the property, IF indeed someone told you to take her. I am unaware of this and was told otherwise.
This is a Public Restitution Proposal requesting the below provisions:
1.) A public restitution on the internet, in all forums and posts (not only on Topix) and emails used, restoring my business name and my personal name. Admittance that names were fictitious names to target Gina Benson and Wisconsin Equine Rescue and Youth Ranch and including Appa-Lolly Ranch coming from one household. A personal apology from __________ is warranted to Gina Benson, and Corey Robbin either thru internet, email, or written. This includes all accusations that are not true, or that they know not to be true, as well as a satisfactory public apology that will be submitted to the local newspaper, Sawyer County Record, & must be made, being so many locals have been included by same.
2.) All slander, false accusations, bashing, defamation of character, personal insults, and harassment of Wisconsin Equine Rescue and Youth Ranch and including Kickin’ Country Ranch, Kickin’ Country Trail Rides, Gina Benson, Corey Robbin and _________, en tal will cease & desist following the public restitution.
3.) A bill of sale to *&^%$*&^%$#@! only, with Gina Benson having first rights to ownership, should you no longer be able to keep said horse. If you are at times unable to keep “Gemini” ie: move, financially, illness, etc. she will be housed in the care of Gina Benson, not in the ________ care, and when*&^%$*&^%$#@! is ready and requests said horse within reasonable time (as in 1 year or 2 mo.) as agreed upon, horse will come back to now rightful owner, with bill of sale,*&^%$*&^%$#@! only.
This will be the end of bad relations and we will all go our own way with no residual complications. In the event that continual complications persist with above not followed after Gemini is relinquished to *&^%$*&^%$#@!, this signed restitution proposal and bill of sale to *&^%$*&^%$#@! will be null and void and said horse, Gemini will be returned to then rightful owner, Gina Benson. In the event that this is turned over to an attorney, the parties below will be responsible for all attorney’s fees, costs, and all other related expenses for which minimum charge of $275.00 will be accessed.
If these provisions can be met, I will relinquish right’s to my horse asap and with arrangements may pick up horse.

Not only that but I have a part time job. NOT to mention that I have a 17-month-old. I do not, and I repeat DO NOT have time for this. I am over run with home work. My GPA is 3.78 I have been on the deans list. I do not want this on me. I really am getting fed up with being accused of something I am not doing. Yes, I said something that probably wasn't right, but that was out of anger. I will NOT apologize for something like that. I have not written any posts on this forum or any others. I am clearing my name. If I were to say anything in a forum I would use MY name. If you continue to threaten me without cause, I will take this to the proper authorities. GUESS THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN AS HERE ONE IS AGAIN! Does daddy know? As shown, very strict instructions from daddy means nothing. I have been a glass door looking in for quite some time with all this and know everybody involved here.

What this all comes down to in a nutshell is that these people were all best of friends, Gina called 2 of her what she thought was her best friewnds on several innaproppiate actions, they didn't like it, they kept lying to her, she didn't like it and & they turned on her and Gina didn't appreciate her "friends" lying to her. Then by the time we all were seeing Gina was right - there was alot of annomosity going and has continued for 2-3 years now. So came the drama and families sided and the rest is history. Gina became the bad guy with the whole family because of lies ALL but Gina were willing to tell and accept.

Lauren, I know for a fact that you put yourself in to this squabble. I have witnessed this. This in fact had nothing to do with you, but you have been involved ever since Gina met with you and Mike at the restaurant, attempting to help your mother. You have indeed admitted to others that Gina was right but that you haven't seen your mother this happy so you would keep it a secret. I could go on a bit further but not necessary. I also witnessed you threaten Gina's horse, and we have been taking precautions as such, but the next day her Grandson's horse got sick, along with the neighbors dog, and the rescue Cat "Sold" just dissappeared. Such coincedences...all at the same time. Just coincedence I'm sure but we ARE staying alert.

I did nothing to your animals, I wouldn't sink that low. I do not honestly recall calling gina a fat ass in the recent past. And I was not threating to press charges, I will press them If I have to lord knows I dont have time for that But I will make time if I have too. I pointed out to Gina at the resturant it was not her bussiness as it was not mine either, Gina puts herself in these situations. If she wants all this to end why drag it out? I do not know any of these players personally. Only as a customer of the ranch. When I first went to the ranch I was told to go to this site - they wanted me to be fully aware of what was going on.

It takes a person who is confident in themselves to send a stranger to this website.

I am seriously thinking of buying one of the horses at the ranch and boarding it there. I do hope that the threats that have been made against the ranch are not true. The animals have nothing to do with this. As a customer now and in the years to come I hope the ranch is not harmed as it is doing a lot of good. The horses are being well taken care of and kids are happy.

I hope that people will use their good senses and see for themselves what this ranch and the trail rides are like.

Again, I truly pray that no animal or person is hurt on this ranch. If I owned the ranch, I would be checking into liable issues as I, a customer of the ranch, am worried about the safety of my horse; and on another forum a woman in Rice Lake is worried about her children going to the ranch.
