East West traffic is stacked up all the way to Cedar on Wellesley and for many blocks South of Wellesley on Maple during commute hours. People are using side streets more often. Increase the green light time for Nor/Sou traffic? Spokane is bursting its seams in the 99205 and 99208 areas.
