Does anyone know Fred J Richter who was stationed at Fort Lewis Washington in the 4th Medical Battalion in 1958? He would be around 70. Fred's home was in eastern Nebraska while stationed at Fort Lewis in the late 50s. My Dad was in the service with him and would like to get in touch. Thanks. My email is rjch333@twlakes.net
