Is there any land and houses for sale in Monowi? my family and I live in Tn and are looking for a place to live simple and stress free.

Monowi doesn't really have any houses that are inhabitable. Houses were abandoned years ago and are in ruins. Just a few miles to the west, however, is the village of Lynch, which should have livable homes for sale. Lynch is 200+ people.

Yes there are houses for sale in Lynch and Niobrara. Please bring your life savings and retirement income if you're going to live here. This is the poverty county of Nebraska. Jobs are scarce and commuting to larger towns is spendy....but we need good people here so come on out...this is Nebraska "The Good Life".:)
