Following the fizzling and almost comical campaign of Bud Bernitts' Congress bid- don't know whether this is the new reality TV show or with his side-kick, right wing kook & campaign manager Scott Tibbs, we're watching Comedy Capers.
These two jerks could have worked for the Watergate Nixonian Plumbers back in the early 1970's. Of course we all know how that turned out.
Just read where the Bernitt & Tibbs combo gathered a whopping 3 votes after the first major Congress 8 debate where 250 people attended. Can't wait to see the real vote totals come May 4th election day.
Guess the real republican Christians and voters discovered the FRAUDS- Bud Bernitt [Bernitt Realty] and mascot Scott Tibbs at conservaFIBBS and didnot vote for them in the Bud Bernitt for Congress gig.
Last year Bernitt/Tibbs only got 3% votes in the republican Primary? will they be running again this year?
and the beat goes on- more political shennanigans.
Bernitt Realty owner Bud Bernitt's stalk setup of county councilman Scott Wells and his Injuries from the Inflicted Battery by the Indiana State Police, Troopers, Stacy Brown and Travis Coryea:
The above video is what Scott Tibbs thought was good energy to get Bud Bernitt elected to the 8th District for Congress. it did not
Tibbs was Bernitts Treasurer and website developer for his campaign- but 97% of the republicans in their primary didnot vote for them- sinking the Bernitts & Tibbs right wing slate. Bernitt and Tibbs claim to be Christians, Tibbs the annointed one from Church of the Good Shepherd in blgtn, but anyone in a sane mind would realize that huge fallacy by remembering their past hateful behaviors.
So it goes- Bernitts same mantra now involved in an ongoing lawsuit Wells vs Bernitts et al basically over the same right wing issues and Natzie Tactics as described above and below.
Three strikes and you’re out, said attorney David Colman, summing up in the Scott Wells defamation trial.
Strike one: Scott fought to close the “master meter loophole” whereby developers paid only $1,600 in hook-up fees for each apartment building — the same as is charged for a new one-family home. A 260-unit building now costs $169,000, making developers very unhappy, and keeping our utility bills lower.
Strike two: As watchdog for our environment, Scott monitored the Daisy Garton farm project. He documented evidence of siltation runoff and other violations. The result was a $22,000 fine against the builder, Jerry Gates.
Strike three: Pedigo Bay was a luxury subdivision development that was 49 percent owned by Steve Smith and had removed trees on steep slopes overlooking the lake to provide a better view, in violation of the law. Scott’s vigilance this time led to a fine of nearly $50,000. No wonder some wanted to take Scott “out.”
This $390,000 court ruling in favor of Scott Wells is recognition of the injustice that was done to Scott in retaliation for protecting our water and our wallets. Scott knocked that one out of the park.
