Ridiculous...I know plenty of law enforcement officers who would not arrest someone over this... this is a typical case of being on a power trip.. this officer wasn't even on duty...nor in uniform, nor in a patrol car...you do the math.

This information is coming from an officer, a little biased don't you think you should get the whole situation before automatically assuming that the driver was the one to blame???
