I have been trying for over a month to get ski goggles for my daughter. I have been promised they would arrive "today or tomorrow" repeatedly, especially when I said I was going to cancel the order if they didn't arrive soon. The office staff follow-up with me is practically non-existent. I feel as though I've been lied to. I have to call them every day and they pretty much never call me back. I had planned on switching my own eye care to this office, but now- NO WAY.

I received the best comprehensive eye exam ever at an exceptionally fair price. During the exam, Dr. Neufeld had a very friendly manner, was easy to talk to, remained calm and patient and took the time to answer all my questions. I would totally recommend Eyeworx for your next exam.
