Jason is a great father to his daughter and he loves her to death. He would do anything for her. He works his ass off to support his family and for someone like Jason's X wife to dog him like that must be a psychopathic bitch like everyone says she is.

News flash we are still married because he will not divorce me. and tHATS GREAT he takes care of his daughter but he has never see his son.. and dont even try to say its not his because i will mail you the dna test he took. and we go back to court on nov. 10th because i'm getting his child support raised so he better be gettin to jobs and it depends on how i feel that day or if he wants to be a bitch if i have his ass locked up because he is behind... then see if he can be a good daddy while he is in jail.

I am the grandmother of his son. I love that baby with all my heart. Jason never care about that little baby he never came to the hospital went he was born and he was called and when they took the baby to uk hospital with breathing trouble he never came so if Tasha is a psychopathic bitch she has a write to be that baby is so beautful. So i am glad he a good daddy to your dauther but he nothing but a ass in my book. Also Tasha and Jason are still married . But that will soon change when she see her lawer and Jason will never see his son. When it come to that baby i will spent a lot of money to stop him from ever being in that baby life. He as sorry as they come.......

Jason wiil not get his divorce for awhile because Tasha is having a baby and it not do until May and her lawer said you can't get a divorce while your pregnent. though you should know. Love Tasha Friend..........

I'm not familiar with either parties involved. But after reading this thread, I'm a little confused. If this Jason and Tasha are still married, there's no way he can be behind on child support. Child support wouldn't start until after the divorce, at least court mandated child support. And as far as "making the court raise the child support" good luck with that. They can only take out so much based on his monthly income. And I'm pretty sure, no, 100% sure you can get divorced during pregnancy.

Regardless, if he's a deadbeat dad or not, this probably isn't the best place to be airing dirty laundry or threatning people. Most likely that will come back on you not him.

Good luck with this situation. Hopefully if he's really as bad as you guys say he is he'll open his eyes. And if it's jst nasty on both sides, I pray you work things out.

Yes I am getting child support and we are still married he is living with a girl 16 year old and they have a baby together. Nobody thread anyone.

My son works everyday to support his son. He has been a little behind, as of today, he owes the sum of one hundred twenty dollars. That is not a dead beat dad. The reason he does not see his son is because he is afraid of the mental stability of the child's care provider. Both parties involved are still married, therefore I believe that there is not a custody order granted. That gives my son the right to see and get his son anytime he wants. The other people involved may want to seek the advise of an attorney. I hope both people involved in the child support issues told the truth under oath. If I remember correctly both parties make the same sum of money per hour. I will be acquiring an attorney to review both parties wage and child care documentation. I seem to be the only one on this forum, smart enough not to slander the charter of others. I guess that is why we have attorneys. I can not believe that grown adults that are related to the child, would mention the name of a minor child on this forum.

The Childs name ( my son ) was never said. and it wont be.. go ahead and get all the attorneys you want jason still has to pay me 458 a month because as the father he has to help pay for half of everything. and your wrong jason can not come see my child whenever he wants to he has not been in his sons life since he was born and as for you candie i use to let you come see him when you wanted but you hardly ever came around and you left his first birthday party early to go to a bar, yeah that says alot about you. and even in court yesterday you brought jasons new girlfriend and new baby. they had no right to be there and it was funny when they got kicked out. the whole time we were in court yesterday you or jason never asked me how my son was or how he was doing. so the best thing for you guys to do is stay out of my sons life and make sure jason pays all his child support on time because i'm not messing around and waiting for him to get his act together anymore i will have him locked up everytime.

why all the hateful words. Why does your son want to see the baby now. The baby is 17 months old he never wanted to see him before. You or your son was at the hopsital when he was born or when all of Tasha family and friends were there when U.K. came and took him out. When we sat and watch them . Crying not knowing what was going to happen to him. So go get your attorney do what you have to do. We have a attorneys to. Dear Granny and mother of minor child, new flash for both of you. Both parents of minor child are still married. There for both parents have the same rights, as far as, the court system is concerned. The mother of minor child has a document called the child support order, this has nothing to do with custody of minor child. I don't care how much money you think that you have. There is not a judge in the state of Kentucky that will take a fathers rights away, unless he chooses to give those rights away himself, at that point he is released from all child support, and another man must adopt minor child. The court system is there for the father also, to protect his rights. I suggest before you start letting your mouth rattle on about a legal topic, do a little research on the issue. My son has his legal rights as a father until the minor child is eighteen years old. Dear Granny he has more rights than you do. Please, contact your attorney for advise. Soon to be ex-wife of my son, I would be praying for a divorce, that is the only way you are going to establish minor child custody order.

your worng jason has no rights. because we went a year with out seeing my son. i'm sure the judge will see it my fav. and go ahead pray for a divorce all you want i'm pregant so i guess you all will be waiting for the divorce until after i have this baby. and believe me jason will never see my son and you wont eirther look up grandparents rights in the state of kentucky there is none...

This is bewteen Tasha and Jason and the baby. They need to work thing out so he can see the baby because someday he will want to know who is father is. As far as his right know boby asked him to give them up must he need to get to know his son before he try to come to get him and keep him over night. The baby does,nt know him. As far as who was with Jason frist that does,nt matter they were married and things did,nt work out the one hurt here is the baby. Jason will be coming to get his kid and keep him when ever he wants rather you tasha or anyone likes it he has more rights than you nanny and as far as you go tasha you remeber them letters youu sent jason with his clothes all ripped up and do you remeber what the letters said... yeah you better hope you have a dang good attorney. oh i wonder how the judge is going to like that.

I would really love to see my son the only reason why I haven't is because tasha has threatened me in the pass. But just because I haven't seen him doesn't me that I don't love him.
