Judge it!
The man killed was a cousin of ours. We live in California and thought we had the monoply on illegal immigrants driving with no insurance and a non valid license. I see that they are everywhere, in every state. I was just suprised that he wasn't drunk or on drugs at the time.
It's a shame that our cousin had to end his life this way. What a shame. My husband and his father are awaiting arrangments.

Man charged in fatal auto-pedestrian accident
A 21-year-old construction worker was charged with negligent homicide after he lost control of his vehicle in the snow and ice and slid into a pedestrian in Spanish Fork. via Daily Herald
