72-Hour Hold Request Expected in Pencil or Pen Stabbing of Western State Hospital Patient
The Pierce County Prosecutor's Office says it will seek a 72-hour hold before potentially filing charging documents against a 40-year-old Western State Hospital patient accused of stabbing and killing another patient Friday afternoon at the state psychiatric hospital.
