In the interest of political style, Mayor Don Smith needs to lose that (1) blue shirt, and (2)gold chain.

Booby Bob is so gross! He thinks he's god's gift to women, with his gold chains and rebel flag, but he just makes me want to go home and shower every time I have to deal with him. Isn't he from New Jersey?

But Dildo Don is by far the worst. He's just hateful and idiotic. He must have weekly planning sessions with Booby Bobby. Booby lives on Hickory Trail. Any coincidence this street was improved? What about all the signs directing tourist traffic away from Hickory Trail?

The worst elements of humanity are the ones the mayor aligns himself with (Booby, stroud, greg/geek, etc). And the good citizens pay the price. Loss of services and ostracization from sister communities.

So who is going to run against Don? Is there anyone willing to take him on? It would really be sad if he won by default because no one opposed him. But that seems to be typical of the Town. All talk and no action. You can't vote against him if there is no one else to vote for and not casting a vote in this case has no effect. The town is doomed for another 4 years.

Typically what you will have when a town is entirely run by new comer Yankee A__ holes. You can go to ANY town or SSCA meeting and witness a room full of hatful people that would like to see the bridge blown away. They thought they would be the last A__ hole to cross it. NOT! lol

Go to any meeting and see just how mad they are about that! This could be said about the town of Duck also!

It is that time again. We are supposed to look at the re-election propaganda and say Yes Yes we love Don. Lets forget about the angry packed town hall meetings, the arrogant chats, the mishandled personnel decisions, the threats to the SS Fire Department, the spoil site dumping wheather you like it or not campaign, the cut back in services .... MY MY it has been an intersting time..... November can't get here fast enough. Vote for Hal !

This year's mayoral election in SS is a no-win matter for the entire town. What SS really needs is a mayor and town council with NO CONNECTION WHATSOEVER, with the (1) country club,(2) boat club,(3) civic association,(4) tennis club ,(5) fire department, etc.....in short....elected officials that represent the ENTIRE TOWN !

How can that be?....any suggestions?

It's going to be hard to find someone who isn't connected to any of those organizations. Those organizations are what the town is all about.

If you find someone who meets your qualifications, they're not active citizens in the town.

Would you please try to post BEFORE you start your drinking? And learn basic spelling. It would help also if you had something to say, other than the same old broken record. But then again, that's what smith's all about. The same old broken record speeches.

The broken record doesn't know how to spell or say anything intelligent. One can only hope he leaves the area when Hal gets elected.
