steve, thanks for pointing that out to us, we could have never figured that out on our own! Did you graduate Harvard?

Office personnel are rude. At first they say the Dr. is taking new patients. Then, when I wouldn't switch to him as my primary care doc over the phone and suggest that I'd prefer to meet him first, I was told that's just not done. And, surprise, he's not taking new patients.

The person referring me said she preferred the N.P. because the doc is rude. That is why I wanted to meet first.

You wouldn't buy a new car without seeing it and/or trying it, why would you trust your health to someone you can't even meet before connecting insurance to him?

Bottom line: RUDE, changes story to meet their needs, don't even try this one
