You said it, Labor Unions. They have ruined the State's finances and thus the quality of life of legitimate non-government employees. Fire them all, make them re-apply for the new non-union jobs.. Just like Reagan did with the air traffic controllers. The pensions...Disgusting..

Want a perhaps partial explanation of where at least some of our horrible ruling elites are coming from? Check out this interactive map:

Click on a locality anywhere in the United States . The black lines denote immigration to the county, the red lines denote emigration from the county.
Now, put your curser on Los Angeles County and click.
Notice all the black lines, streaming in from the northeast?
Notice all the red lines, exploding out to everywhere else (but particularly the Northwest, Southwest and South).
Well, all those liberals from the Northeast have to find somewhere warm to retire.
Yeah, so? Click on one of the most conservative areas of the country -- Dallas, TX -- and you get the same inward migration points of origin.
You probably see the outward migration from California to "everywhere" being due to it's high real estate values.

When we go bankrupt because of our welfare state mindset, Congress won't bail us out. Frankly, we deserve what we get. All the socialist will place the blame on the GOP when the money is all gone. That or blame Bush.
No it's fat cat teachers trying to suck all the money out of the budget for themselves, they tried and failed to get prop 24 passed.

How STUPID are Californians. I am creating a ballot measure in which it would take a 2/3rd's Voter IQ test to enter a polling booth.

The Dems HAVE been running the state for decades. The "Legislature" (the law makers) have been dems forever.. And many are out-of-staters. I say go back to where you came from and leave California alone.. GO AWAY.. Our local fool is from New Jersey!

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Virgo

Family matters require your attention during the coming fortnight, as the eclipse cycle demands some tough decisions regarding the pressures of home and career. You might want to stick your head in the sand about a domestic problem, but it's perfectly obvious that the time has now come to take action and get things sorted out once and for all. It won't be easy, but you know deep down that you have no choice about this.
