This type of law is used to harass HONEST LAW ABIDING CITIZENS, while it is IGNORED FOR USE AGAINST SERIOUS CRIMINALS!!
That is the ONLY PURPOSE FOR LAWS SUCH AS THIS.


Think about the BIGSHOT PROSECUTORS, who will be asking THE CRIMINAL WHO STOLE THE GUN TO TESTIFY AGAINST THE GUN OWNER, to establish the exact time/date of the theft!!!!!
WHAT CRIMES WILL BE FORGIVEN, in deals to get criminals to testify????
