I'm sure New Hampshire won't make the same mistake he accuses Maine of making and that as far as their motto "Live Free or Die" goes, Mr. Woodbury will be experiencing the latter rather than the former.

just curious....he is very outspoken in the press, will that have any bearing on his case?? Being in custody and flapping your gums like that..does that help or hurt the case against him? As for blaming the state of Maine,NOPE they did their job,the arrested him and put him away for five years. He served his time on the robbery. Being a thief does not always escalate into being a freakin murderer!

This man may recant his admission when the dust settles. Better yet may plead insanity!

It will more than likely hurt him so let him run his mouth. It's not right because the families and friends are going to hear him. He has basically relinquished responsibility of his actions to the Maine Department of Corrections, as well as others. My opinion: He was looking for the media attention. He went on a crime spree from Florida all the way back to NH. He might be trying to set the stage for an insanity plea as well. Look at his track record he has been in custody only a few days and is already complaining about guards ect..
He is claiming to be unfairly treated and that the guards are too personally involved. I think if anything the guards have shown restraint. If one of the victims was someone I knew and loved I would not have the same restraint. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this. I hope this idiots tactics do not work and he gets what is coming to him. What a crock of bull if I ever heard one. Too bad he gets to live, he should have the same fate as his victims.

Give the victims' families 15 minutes in a sealed, windowless room with the bastard.

THAT, my friends, would be Justice served.
Save taxpayers the expense of a trial, to boot.
