The Declaration of Independent is the most important document for individual liberty and freedom ever drafted. It brings together the Ideas of the rights of all humans to be free. The Declaration and the fact that we are a Republic protect our individual rights from the Divine Right of Kings or the out of control Democracy of Mob rule.
The only deference between Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Franklin and criminals is the fact they won the war. Americans, who stands up for their individual freedom in today’s world, are criminals in the eyes of fascist religion or oppressive government. Any one who doses not go along with or stand up to government abuse is marked a terrorist and any one who doses not go along with a religion is an infidel.
The right to freedom of speech or the right to bear arms means the right to defend ones freedom and liberty from any oppressive government, mob rule or fascist religion. Our forefathers knew that at any time on any day, citizens/individual need to be able to arm themselves with military style arms. They understood that Americans need the able to stand up to an armed military police force. The same way they stood against British military and Regulators (police of the British).
The Bill of rights was made restrictive on all civil authority to preserve liberties and the pursuit of Happiness for the individual. Our property and our effects are protected by the Bill of rights. These rights carry a higher legal priority then all civil authority powers. These are rights give by the creator; it is the law of right given to all individuals. With this authority all individuals have the right and duty to defend their life, their families life and their home. They have the right and duty to defend freedom of speech and the right to bear arms. They have a duty to defend representation in all matters. The Bill of Right gives the people immunities from civil authority powers.
The restriction on civil authority powers overrides civil authority power to restrict individual rights for promotion of general welfare. The Bill of Right was not called the Bill of civil authority or the Bill of democracy/mod rule. It was drafted to protect individuals. When the people who are elected to office on longer represent or protect the rights of individuals then their authority on longer, exist. When a government no longer protects the Bill of right then the government should be abolished. The restrictions on civil authorities, give the individuals theses rights and they are beyond even majority vote.
