Congressman Arcuri failed to disclose the correct amount on his rental property at 309 South Street, Utica on his Federal Financial Disclosure. He has a state contract with the Department of Motor Vehicles which commenced in 1982 and ends in 2012. Not only has he committed fraud, he has hidden from the voting public his personal interests within the transportation department, clearly a conflict of interest as he sits on the Transportation Committee as Congressman.

Justice Denied on many occasions called for Arcuri to explain the nature of his business Co Arc South St., LLC and he never replied. Other companies that were registered to Arcuri have been deleted or altered from the New York State Department of States website. Let this serve as an example that Arcuri is not being truthful to his constituency and he is failing to disclosure important information mandated by federal law. WE DEMAND FULL DISCLOSURE!

I think it's time for the IRS, the FBI, to investigate his interests, and his contractual agreements in other places that he has failed to disclose. His federal disclosure is found at the end of this posting.
