wow, 33K per year for next 20 years... What until he gets into 2020 where 33k is like 10k in todays dollars. It will be like what lottery did I really win???

While I would have done lump sum, I would agree that 33K per year is nothing to scoff at. take away my car payment and my utilities, and give me a boost to help save for my kids college fund? I would be more inclined to say 'Damn I'm lucky'.

Yeah I agree, I would have taken the lump, but and EXTRA 33,000 dollars a year, who am I to scoff at that?

He has to claim it as income so assuming he in the 28% bracket it's more accurate to call it $23k per year added on to what he's already pulling. That's a house payment and a couple car payments till he's in his mid 40s. South Glens Falls... he's just acclaimed baller status.
