I had them come in for 3 hours to TRY and remove water, had more water after they left, than before they got there (not their problem, mine - no sump pump) but they left and I ended up with a $4000 bill for 3 hrs of work that left me with no results, mold in my basement and now having to do a remodel due to the mold. BIGGEST JOKE of a company there is.
