You can count on Woodstock Slumlords to continue to over charge tenants, refusing to do needed repairs this summer.

Woodstock sucks lost it's magic.

I was in Woodstock this week and couldn't help but notice how run down a good portion of the rentals are. Slumlords " Get out of your hole and Fix your RENTALS and clean up your YARDS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY !!
Woodstock used to be a great place - return it to that way again. I took pictures of some of the worst ones and will be putting of " FLYERS OF SHAME " in the coming weeks. I fresh coat of paint and some "MINOR" Labor goes a long way.Be as diligent with making Woodstock nice again as you are at collecting the rent. The worst ones to the moment are a lot of the Tinkerstreet rentals. Broken siding , exterior mildew grown up lawns. Come on - you could probably use the workout. I am sure you dont get to much of it going to the bank to deposit your rental checks.

now slumlords have been resorting to putting tarps on roofs instead of repairing them - and They are for sale too - what a buy suckas- great for local business
