Judge it!
I am looking for information on the artist Gene Klebe (Charles Eugene Klebe) born 1907. I have been trying to get hold of the Pemaquid Artists Association, to no avail. Can you please help me-I was left one of his oil paintings entitled,
"Sou' West Blow".
