Rochester Community,
My sister has lived here since 1989 with three teenagers by two different Fathers and Cultural Differences have big impact on Peer Pressure. Peer involvement projects have a big long lasting effect in the Teenage Years. Focus groups would help greatly colaboratively decide how to apply grants.

Rochester leaders ponder how best to use grants to fight teen drug and alcohol use
Quinn/Democrat photo Spaulding High School Senior Aditi Giri, 16, of Rochester, uses a green sticker to mark an important suggestion to help prevent underaged marijuana use during Bridging the Gaps Coalition's community forum at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, which discussed alcohol, tobacco and prescription drug abuse among teenagers Monday night.
