If the voters of Lake County knew what he is and if they legally voted him in as their sheriff that is their business. With Borders, its the fact that every since he was 20 years old he has spent every minute he could hanging around boys 12 to 16. Everyone knows he dropped the hiring age for Lake deputies to just 19 years of age! Those boys are not dry behind the ears, but their weenies are hard as a rock and they are carrying guns and badges and making life decisions when they have no life experiences except maybe an old dude like Borders playing with their Barney Frank's or Anthony Weiner's! Bottom line is when you put a sick pedophile in charge of law enforcement he is going to use the taxpayers dollars to fulfill his desires, plus you have NO LAW and NO ENFORCEMENT because they have no idea what the real laws are.
