I've never seen an all white Black Bird before in my entire life and there was many Black Birds on the farm lands of southern Missouri where I lived
from age 6 to age 14 . www.bbc.co.uk has the photo's park rangers in Nottingham took of an all white Black Bird on their front web page. This Bird is leucistic which is a genetic mutation that prevents the pigments from being deposited normally in this birds feathers according to experts whom study such rare finds through out the world. Please pass this on to all Bird Lovers and Bird watchers , I think it is great to be able to see such a rare all white Black Bird. |
