Review: Total House Cleaning LLC

I am a self-admitted perfectionist who used to clean late at night and/or on weekends because I didn't trust that a cleaning service would do a good job or be careful with the items in my home.Due to the increasing demands of career and new-found motherhood, I needed to start "outsourcing" wherever I could.I interviewed multiple services and was impressed from the start by the THC owner, who came to my home personally to discuss room-by-room how I wanted things to be done. I have been using them every other week for several months and couldn't be happier. The same two people clean my home every time and are extremely thorough and reliable. It's as if they were never there - except that my home is clean! Most importantly, any time I've had a special request, it's effortless to communicate with the owner and/or with the cleaners directly. My only regret is not finding THC sooner!

Thursday is one of my favorite days of the week because that is when THC comes to clean my house! I know that I will come home to a sparkling kitchen and bathrooms and freshly dusted and vacuumed rooms. I have been a customer of THC for about 5 years and strongly recommend them."

This was my 2nd time taking Betsy's service. First time summer 2011 and since I was not happy with the service so I refused more services. However, with Betsy's insisting I accepted to give it a 2nd try (summer 2012). She asked me to call her and let her know if I was not happy. Once again very sloppy cleaning so this time I actually called her several time and she did not return my call. To me this is not considered professional service when you ignore your client's complain. They also left with my kitchen cloth which I do not want it back at this point considering it might have been used in cleaning some client's bathroom. NOT A HAPPY CLIENT :(

I have only lived in Bridgewater a short time, I have two sons 21 & 22, I kept telling them that if they didn't clean up after themselves I was going to hire someone who would and they were going to pay for it. Well, they did not clean up after themselves and I had to follow through. My first attempt at hiring someone, the woman came and cleaned once, and that was enough for me. I swear she used dirty water and no cleaning solution. When I walked into the house I expected to smell cleaning solutions.

I then used google and saw a few ads but nothing really jumped out at me, then I saw Total House Cleaning! I emailed Betsy and set up an appointment and when she came to the house I knew I struck it rich! She was very organized, a professional who took her job seriously. She was kind and courteous and very thorough, she explained everything before the deal was closed. It was a no brainer for me.

She sent us a couple, I have yet to meet, but my husband has and he loves them. Most importantly my 100 lb dog looks forward to Monday's for her tummy rubs before they get to work. That meant so much to me. Betsy even knew who to send, someone who loved dogs!

The first day after they cleaned, I walked through the door and said, Now that is clean. they were fantastic. They didn't miss anything. I am so glad I was guided towards Total House cleaning, for they truly are professional and love what they do.

So, if you are thinking about hiring someone to clean your home, this is the group to go with. You will be so glad you did! Stop looking and give Betsy a call today.

I was reluctant to hire a "cleaning service" because I am accustomed to having one cleaning lady in my home.

Then came Betsy! To my home! She offered the services of her company for me to select what suited me. She suggested the proper equipment, supplies, & preparation. She even selected my cleaning team. She was Professional & Personable!

Then came the team! A lovely husband & wife! They cleaned the house without disruption or dismay. They were Proficient and Personable. My home was gleaming when they finished - on time.

I have booked them for the remainder of the year. So far Everything is Perfect.
