I heard this week that Todd Hoskins , the Casey countian in the 15th district senate race, has dropped out and endorsed Mark Polston. I have also been informed that current Senator Vernie Mcgaha has endorsed Polston with confidence that he will be a good leader. I have lived in the 15th district for 57 years and we have never had a more reliable voice than Mcgaha and anyone that he endorses must be the candidate for the job. I have personally dealt with Polston at his store , Classic Carpet, and he is truly a one of a kind man. I have heard him preach as well which is amazing to hear the gospel flow from a man that is also a lawyer and interested in politics, nevertheless he is great at both. My vote Will be cast for Mark F. Polston, or The CLEAR choice on May 22nd.

Trusty Rusty well said, he truly is a good man and so is Sen. McGaha.....
Remember Girdler may be equally a good man, but will listen for direction from ppl who have been in Washington, and I won't vote for anyone connected to washing Rep or Dem, all of them need to go.
Im voting for Polston too, and you are right Todd Hoskins is truly a good man to step aside and let Polston represent the people and not let same old politics rule.
God Bless you Mark Polston for even running.

In the beginning my vote was for Girdler but to see the size of his campaign and his crooked backing turned me off. The grassroots effort of Polstons campaign seemed hopeless at first but at this point in the race he is a REAL contender . The campaign isn't over who has the most signs or who is seen the most it's about the people , the constituents and that's what Polston is interested In. The large sign in the back of his truck lets me know that he's not ashamed to show that he's running for the right reason.

A vote for Polston is a vote for David Williams. I would take a Mini Hal over a double dose of David Williams any day of the week.

Where did you get that information, besides Rogers spends tons. He is even called the "Prince of Pork."Plus, David Williams get the hard side of the media. Anyway, how is Polston like Williams?

Just because he receives the backing of someone doesn't mean they have the same political ideologies ? Even I know this and I'm a hardworking man with a highschool diploma that I worked my butt off for! I'm sick of seeing my hard earned money being payed out to crooks like, Chris Girdler, cough cough. I don't know him personally but Polston seems like the man for the job.

How do you know he is not a "career" politician at heart? Time will tell. His predecessor became a "career" politician, didn't he?

The perks are lucrative. A special session just to pass a budget should not have to be added to budget shortfalls, either. Be a bit cautious of anyone campaigning on the plank of cleaning up Frankfort. They need the plank out of their own eye before being able to see the speck of dust in their neighbor's eye.

Daily Horoscope for June 19

Leo

You need to vary your domestic routine slightly today to avoid feeling bored or restless, especially if the day threatens to be rather predictable. Think of ways to introduce a note of spontaneity into the proceedings, even if they're very minor, because they'll make you feel more lively and on the ball. If you're going shopping you'll be tempted by some impulse buys.
