I just got a D.U.I and i was wondering if anyone had an opinion on him,or know if hes a good laywer or not?

I have had some occasions to see him in court. And I think your money would be will invested in him. I think he would really fight for you and not back down.

Get Larry Whittaker. He is magic when it comes to DUI cases. If you get him you may in fact be able to not only get it struck from your record the county may give you an apology for the trouble they caused you by arresting you.

Next time a drunk driver kills an innocent person, be sure and pat these defense lawyers on the back and tell them what a great job their doing.

Know him well and yes he is one of the best! You should be ashamed for getting the DUI but live and let live, we all make mistakes. Have Scott help you and then please learn from your mistake. He is a real go getter! I would hire him in a heart beat if I needed an attorney outside of my work.

scott foster is a hell of a lawyer he just recently got me out of some sh*t, and like melinda said he has a way of making feel like its going to be alright, as for you mother most ppl are going to keep drinking and driving regardless of how many duis they have or however many they have gottne out of, was in court w/ a dude once who was on his 13th dui so piss off

I dont think its the attorneys fault people drink and drive. I DO think everyone is entitled to legal counsel, regardless of the crime they are accused of. Think about it!

how much money did u have to pay to get him to work ur case ! bet it wasnt cheap cause hes a lousy lawyer who works under table so irs dont know then leaves u high and dry blowing in wind

I know I went to see him about some trouble (dui) once and he wouldn't take my money because he said he couldn't get me out of the ticket. I thought that kind of honesty was refreshing. I would definitely go see him again!

Hes a good man, father and person. And I don't think he would help someone who has been killed someone in a car accident by the drunk driver.
I hope any honest person wouldn't do that.

just because someone makes a stupid mistake doesn't mean that they should lose their right to a fair trial and just because someone drinks doesn't make them bad. several years ago there was a man that went to a club and had one to many drinks he believed he was ok to drive but after just a few short blocks he decided that he really wasn't so he pulled over to the side of the road to sleep it off and turned on his hazard light and layed down in the front seat. after he passed out another car hit him from behind killing the passenger of that car. even though the wreck actually was not his fault he was charged with it cause the keys was still in the igintion which is considered a dui. he was charged with vehicaular manslaughter and though the accident wasn't his fault the police found it was because he was drunk. he was sentenced to 4 years in jail. there was another instance where a man had smoked a joint and ended up having to go get his daughter from a friends house that she had a fight with so the dad went to get her on the way home another man crossed the center-line and killed both the father and daughter. since the father had drugs in his system the fault became his. though the mother lost her husband and child the man that actually caused the wreck sued the mother for damages and pain and took everything that she had and now she is living in a government home. barely survivng with their daughter that she was pregnant with when the husband crashed.
so just because there is a person with drugs or alchol in their system shouldn't automaticly mean they are the one that should be charged with the crime if there is one

If you got a DUI you should be punished, simple as that. The thought of an ignorant drunk driver or under the influence wrecking and killing my toddler daughter on "addicent" makes my blood boil.
