I agree, beer isn't for me. Shots for everyone! Bacardi 151 is my drink of choice.....at home, with sober people around me. I'm too clumsy to be drunk and walking around alone.:-D

Went in Speedway and bought a 24oz beer. That is all I wanted tonight, and knew, if I wanted one, two or ten for tomorrow, I'd stop by again and buy them (and hope it would be colder). It felt a little different, good, civilized.

Folks are going to drink regardless if it's legal or not. And there will always be an ignoramus or two that will show their hind-end because they think having the choice of buying a beer also gives them the right to behave as an idiot in public. But why don't we wait until there is something to really be concerned with...as a result of beer/liquor sales instead of just the availability of it. After all, it has always been available....it's just legal now.

I do not understand; "with that sad"? No, I just care for my country more than drinking a beer. To each his own. Just went out to lunch and saw 3 people driving with open cans of beer. With that I am signing off this thread. One cannot communicate with an unarmed brain.
Maybe you need to keep your eyes on the road instead of rubber necking and worrying about what others are doing in there cars, I bet you were texting everyone and telling them you saw 3 open cans of beer in a car, do me a favor, when ur getting out to drive let me know so i can stay home and out of danger! Awwww.....is that a tear in your beer?

Big difference going to a rest to drink and going to a STORE to buy more than a drink and take it home!

For your information my eyes were on the road because both ran through a stop sign! I do not have texting capability with my phone. Go have another beer or whatever else you consume and do not be judging people you do not know.

Just a heads-up, it has been possible to buy locally produced wine for quite sometime. Several locally owned wineries have been in business for quite some time. It's great to buy nationally known labels but, please consider buying from local producers as well.
It's just not very good. They need to take a course or at least read a book on vintnering. It tastes like they use welches, table sugar and bread yeast. Techically it's wine, but that's it.

Sure is nice to be able to buy beer in Somerset. Sure wish the stores had enough stock. They need to keep a beer truck in Somerset to keep the stores stocked.

Not all the stores are carrying it yet, when there all fully stocked there will be plenty, and the 5 package stores are yet to even open, and when Liquor World gets here.....no worries at all....Kroger Grand Central starting warm beer sales either this friday sept 21st or next friday, not cold yet, still have alot of work to do putting in the beer coolers i was told.

Is Liquor World really going into the old Sonny's building, or was that a rumor?? Does anyone know for sure yet?
