A young man was drowned in lake lariat yesterday. All the children seem to know about it but the accounts I'm hearng are conflicting. My kid's friends were the ones who found the body.

Why are you letting these kids do this? The family has been through enough and we don't need anymore drama. Can you PLEASE tell your kids that this is not something that they should be passing around. YOU NEED TO GET THIS SITUATION STRAIGHT!!!!!!!!!!

I am in no way letting these kids do anything. Their young friends had the horror of finding demitrius in the lake. They talk. I cannot control all the kids in the CRE and believe me they all know about it. In fact they have pictures of his body on their cellphones.
I don't want to cause more grief to the family. I do think though that it is important for everyone to know that someone drowned in the lake. I know most kids around here think the lake is no big deal but in fact it is dangerous big body of water that is probably filled with debree and all sorts of trash because the ranch club doesn't do much to keep things straight.

My heart truly goes out to mr. Hall and his family. When I heard that there had been a death my heart caught in my throat. When I read the article in St Mary's Today I was absolutely disgusted and outraged.

I'm sorry that the kids are talking but in all honestly when someone dies such a tragic death in the community to me it affects us all. I pray for his momma, his kids and all who loved him.
