LJ Bryant is only 23 years old. He is too young to hold a constitutional office.

It is better to be young and brilliant than middle aged and stupid. LJ will make a great commissioner.

Young and brilliant? Like spend 1.3 million to take pictures of roof tops in hopes that it will sell more property? That's real brilliant! You don't seem to brilliant Mr. Guest.

Voted For LJ Bryant

Nothing partisan about this office. Bryant's the only candidate will good ideas for this office and he's the only candidate to take a stand against the abuse of state cars!

The use of technology to make the identification and viewing of land parcels easier is already being implemented. This is no new ideal by L. J. Bryant. If you go to the Arkansas official web site and click on your county and estate you will see your parcel deed come up with the owners name and address. The problem here is the counties selling the rights to view these deeds to data providers or just charging a membership price by the county. The Arkansas GIS mapping service is already being funded. This service allows viewing maps in layers or more simply with or without houses and such. The farmers use this GIS technology but have to pay another company that has set up software to guide their tractors in the field while applying fertilizer. The farmers take a soil sample about every 1 square foot and after testing the soil samples, the software company inserts the results into their software program that guides the tractors by GPS to apply a predetermined amount of fertilizer at each location of the soil tests. This shows that the parcels have already been set up. I believe this has been done through the University of Arkansas Agriculture program which receives money from the state. The big problem here is that the state and local officials are letting outside companies purchase the data and then charge a price for viewing the data.
So Bryant is just putting a lot of spin out there to try and claim credit for something that is already being implemented. No new ideals.

It's interesting how you call yourself a "local" but it says your from from Tyler, TX.
You're just proving that Thurston has no real ideas for this office. Bryant is the candidate with ideas and he will implement them to help make sure our property taxes are low.

LJ Bryant can afford to write himself a $50,000.00 dollar check for his campaign why does he want Land commissioner? Only a stepping stone. Thurston is a strong 2nd amendment advocate so guess I vote for the person that may actually know some real people.
