"District Judge J.D. Langley issued a ruling today saying Planned Parenthood did not provide sufficient evidence that Johnson breached a confidentiality agreement concerning identity of an abortion practitioner who works at Planned Parenthood. "Judge Langley also ruled that Planned Parenthood provided no evidence to back up its allegations that Johnson took confidential patient records out of Planned Parenthood on the day she resigned. "The judge also denied a Planned Parenthood request to prevent Johnson from seeking any lawsuit until a trial or any other court action had been made.... "Johnson was very pleased with the court's decision,... which opens the door for her to offer more specifics about her work at Planned Parenthood and the reasons she resigned." More Big Abortion dirty laundry to be aired soon. PP can't win for losing: clinics closing, PP officials abetting statutory rape and accepting donations to exterminate minorities, and the Stupak Amendment curtailing its attempts to extort taxpayers' money.

"Planned Parenthood officials hit both Johnson and the Coalition for Life with restraining orders requiring them not to disclose information about the abortions done at its facility."
Gee, what could they possibly want to hide from people, especially women, and minority women, and especially young women?
What more needs to be said?
The total evil at the root of the PRO-abortion movement becomes apparent when the curtain is swept aside.
I think the root of the counter-movement will be have as it's base young women, now grown, with the permanent scar on their hearts, that have come to realize they were conned by the same fundamental evil that has been on earth since the very beginning.
The same evil referenced in the Bible and virtually every other religious book.
Except of course, the writings of Evil's own - e.g., Wicca, and others.
It would seem with their "devil may care" attitude about the issue, they actually celebrate the blood sacrifice - kind of like some kind of inverse reaction to the sacrifice of Christ...
Instead of bringing peace to people's hearts, they bring a scar to the heart, and a lingering sadness.
This fight has barely begun...

In a free society, "choice" must be legal - people must have the freedom to make bad choices, or else we are not free. What we are talking about here is the INDUSTRY - the BUSINESS of abortions and all the dishonesty and corruption that is becoming apparent as the curtain is pulled aside. None of that belongs in this arena. People can get hurt. The consensus among many is that that is just the point - and some of us see that as, well, wrong. See?

Bull What you you want to do is shut any avenue. make any source to a making a choice illegal. Except for the one you want. That is proved time and again with the inflammatory rhetoric of your leaders. So attempting to shut down Planned parenthood is not about seeing a bad non profit organization that disseminates information that explains all the choices that woman can make.. It is about shutting that avenue information off. See the difference? Planned Parenthood http://www.plannedparenthood.org/ Educate yourselves. See what they offer.. No religious basis..No political agenda. Simply opening that avenue that a woman needs to make an inform choice with a religious bias. Something that the "pro life movement" Abhors. It is not about what you or I think the decision is or even what we would want it to be. Each woman must make that decision alone with her doctor and her reason are between her. her doctor and what ever god she may worship. But it is not subject to any ones scrutiny. That is not a matter that is being decided between a woman and her doctor and whatever God she chooses - it is a matter being decided by some soulless functionary at the clinic meeting a quota. A young woman needs to know about the option of abortion before she can choose it. Just evil.

They're chewing on some pretty tough realities that seem to have escaped the abortion apologists on Topix. *State after state after state continues to pass restrictions on unfettered abortion [ http://www.guttmacher.org/statecenter/spibs/s... ] that are supported by large public majorities. NARAL president Nancy Keenan, August 2008, testifying to the Democratic National Platform Committee: "Roe v. Wade is a shell of its former self. Since 1995, American politicians have passed more than 550 laws limiting women’s reproductive freedom. "Make no mistake -- Planned Parenthood has been working with legislators day and night," she continues. "But when it comes to hearing from regular people, the contact with voters that matters most to members of Congress, we're getting out-hustled, outnumbered, and just plain drowned out."

A baby is someone that is born has Rights... A fetus is not born it has no rights... You probably think that I am talking out my ass.. So here is a brief lesson in the law.. The () are mine.. to support this idea that on must be born to have rights and be considered a person under the law is Justice Scalia On The Record http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/04/24/60m ... "What is the connection between your Catholicism, your Jesuit education, and your judicial philosophy?" Stahl asks. "It has nothing to do with how I decide cases," Scalia replies. "My job is to interpret the Constitution accurately. And indeed, there are anti-abortion people who think that the constitution requires a state to prohibit abortion. They say that the Equal Protection Clause requires that you treat a helpless human being that's still in the womb the way you treat other human beings. I think that's wrong.(I think when the Constitution says that persons are entitled to equal protection of the laws, I think it clearly means walking-around persons,") Again the () are mine Stevens is on the legal front lines http://www.upi.com/Top_News/2009/10/04/Steven ... October 7, 2009 New Research Shows Dramatic Decline in Access to Abortion Care Exacerbates Regional and Economic Disparities Right to Choose Could Become "Hollow Promise" Boston, MA – Today, NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts released new research showing that the availability of abortion care in the Commonwealth has declined dramatically since the early part of the decade. The study found that Massachusetts – like the rest of the nation – has witnessed an overall decrease in the number of health care providers offering abortion services. They are also increasingly concentrated in the Metro-Boston area – leaving women in the Southeast, Central, and Western regions with the least access to these medical services. “Massachusetts prides itself on being a leader in improving access to health care, but we’re heading in the opposite direction when it comes to meeting the needs of women as they make personal, private decisions about their pregnancies,” said Andrea Miller, Executive Director of NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts.“Without providers, the right to choose becomes but a hollow promise.” According to a NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts survey, five out-patient facilities specializing in women’s health that includes abortion care have closed since 2002 – including all of the ones on the Cape.

Only a pro-lfe zealot would rejoice in women losing access to health care. When you die (at least according to your myth) you will have to explain to your god why you take such glee at the thought of the undetected diabetes, breast cancers, cervical cancers, etc. that your campaign to remove care from women has allowed. That will be a desperate, begging time for you, and you'll be Hellbound (again, in your mythology). Good.

In stark contrast to pro-abort stinginess, I went to my area's chapter meeting of Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life last night. MCCL is thriving: 241 statewide chapters, over 70,000 donor families. I just wrote a check to Cradle of Hope, a crisis pregnancy center in suburban St. Paul that my family has supported for 20+ years. Cradle of Hope has more volunteers than they even need and last year had more than 2,200 individual contributors/families (not to mention churches, companies, and foundations that also contributed). Bottom line: pro-lifers put their time and money where their mouths are. Pro-aborts sit on their wallets and whine about abortuaries' closings.

OHNSON: Well, what I saw was this baby fighting, and I had flashes in my head of my own daughter. I remembered having an ultrasound at 12 weeks with my own daughter. And I just was thinking, "What am I doing?" I was thinking, "I've never seen this before." And Planned Parenthood really tries to instill in their employees and the women that are coming in for abortions that this is not a baby, that this is just a mass of cells. You know, don't say "baby" in the clinic. Don't say "baby" to the women coming in for an abortion. And so you begin to believe that. You begin to believe that it's not a life.
