Planned Parenthood Fails to Silence Former Abortion Center Director in Court

"District Judge J.D. Langley issued a ruling today saying Planned Parenthood did not provide sufficient evidence that Johnson breached a confidentiality agreement concerning identity of an abortion practitioner who works at Planned Parenthood.

"Judge Langley also ruled that Planned Parenthood provided no evidence to back up its allegations that Johnson took confidential patient records out of Planned Parenthood on the day she resigned.

"The judge also denied a Planned Parenthood request to prevent Johnson from seeking any lawsuit until a trial or any other court action had been made....

"Johnson was very pleased with the court's decision,... which opens the door for her to offer more specifics about her work at Planned Parenthood and the reasons she resigned."

In a free society, "choice" must be legal - people must have the freedom to make bad choices, or else we are not free.

Roe v Wade is about a personal responsibility with out interference from any government body, religious body, or individual.

The choice of bring the pregnancy to term and keeping the baby, or adopting out, or finally abortion. Is about owning that decision.

Each woman must make that decision alone with her doctor and her reason are between her. her doctor and what ever god she may worship. But it is not subject to any ones scrutiny.

Boston, MA – Today, NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts released new research showing that the availability of abortion care in the Commonwealth has declined dramatically since the early part of the decade. The study found that Massachusetts – like the rest of the nation – has witnessed an overall decrease in the number of health care providers offering abortion services. They are also increasingly concentrated in the Metro-Boston area – leaving women in the Southeast, Central, and Western regions with the least access to these medical services.

According to a NARAL Pro-Choice Massachusetts survey, five out-patient facilities specializing in women’s health that includes abortion care have closed since 2002 – including all of the ones on the Cape.

MCCL is thriving: 241 statewide chapters, over 70,000 donor families. I just wrote a check to Cradle of Hope, a crisis pregnancy center in suburban St. Paul that my family has supported for 20+ years. Cradle of Hope has more volunteers than they even need and last year had more than 2,200 individual contributors/families (not to mention churches, companies, and foundations that also contributed).

Bottom line: pro-lifers put their time and money where their mouths are. Pro-aborts sit on their wallets and whine about abortuaries' closings.

OHNSON: Well, what I saw was this baby fighting, and I had flashes in my head of my own daughter. I remembered having an ultrasound at 12 weeks with my own daughter. And I just was thinking, "What am I doing?" I was thinking, "I've never seen this before." And Planned Parenthood really tries to instill in their employees and the women that are coming in for abortions that this is not a baby, that this is just a mass of cells. You know, don't say "baby" in the clinic. Don't say "baby" to the women coming in for an abortion. And so you begin to believe that. You begin to believe that it's not a life.
