Two police officers were shot Tuesday morning in southwest Atlanta, a police spokesman said.

The Atl Police have the toughest job in the world, tryin to bring order to a bunch of lawless criminals who glorify the thugg culture. Go police.

Some good and some bad in this incident.
The Bad: A)-- The police that risk THEIR lives in order to make OUR lives better, were injured by these crackheads. B)-- ALL of these useless morons weren't taken out. The Good: At least one of these fine young businessmen was sent to the dirt nap. Should have got em all. Maybe next time they can get em all. I don't know about anyone else, but when a police officer walks up to me, my initial reaction is NOT to pull a gun and begin shooting.. |

Just thankful the officers injuries are not life threatening. It is good to see that the bad apples weeded out by APD have not completely soured the tasted the public has for them. I'm sure that 99% of the officers are good people. I guess policing is like every job in that you can't avoid all of the bad apples. I'm just glad the bad cops were prosecuted.
