I was reminded of you two weeks ago at trial when some high dollar attorney thought he was slick. The D.A. told me I made that defense attorney look really stupid. The jury was agreed. His client got 25 years to serve.

And who are you, Rochester NY, to call anyone a redneck? I've been to Rochester dozens of times. It's not exactly a cosmopolitan city. There's a couple of malls, the planetarium, I think Eastman Kodak is nearly out of business...oh, and a post office!

I have a serious complaint about Delkab police, they are way to lenient. I woul dprefer their kill rate was in triple figures.

That is what lynching is. When you kill a suspect without the benefit of a trial. You are clearly for it, and seem quite passionate about it. All Georgians agree with you, too. They just aren't as forthright as you are.

the LE give you the opportunity of a trial when they ask you to stop, be questioned, charged if appropriate, taken to court, go through due process, be convicted or exonerated by a jury of your peers then jailed, or freed.

By running away, in my view the person has decided they do not want the trial (because they know they are guilty) so LE can in my view use whatever force they want.

What if they are running away because a vicious dog is chasing them? What if they are running away to avoid having drugs planted on them like Kathryn Johnston? What if they are running away because the police to avoid getting beaten?

He'll throw out case law to try to make his point, but if you actually take the time to read the case he cites, you'll learn it is totally irrelevant. The dog scenario is just plain stupid.

KJ did not run she was shot where she sat before drugs were planted, and the crime by the police was dispicable but found out.

If they want to beat you up running gives them that excuse.

If told to stop and you do so at least that is one less reason for a beating.

Yes there are bad cops but majority are great.

Absolutely I agree if a bad LE officer is going to give you a beating then no matter what happens you are going to get one, unless you can run really fast but if he has your ID or description you are now a fugative, if you do not run then at least you are not giving the criminal LE officer an excuse.

I still say many many more excellent LE than ones who will give you an illegal beating

Actually, I went to a junior ivy league school consistently ranked as one of the top 20 schools in the nation every year by U.S. News and World Report. What about you? RCTC or Erie Community College perhaps?
