New York City says a Georgia gun dealer has decided not to go to trial in a lawsuit accusing him of selling guns that ended up in the hands of criminals.

win for NY'ers! tha only win would be if bloomberg was arrested for conspiracy !

he sent people to knowingly break a federal law, and is trying to extend his reign well outside NYC to the rest of the country.

There should never be a trial since this is a New York matter and the shop is in Georgia. Bloomerberg had no business messing with a Georgia gunshop and God help us if he gets away with this mess.

Bloomberg is a hypocrite and an uninformed phony. He sent agents out of jursidiction, to violated federal laws regarding straw purchases.

He is an accomplice to a felony, IMO. The Attorney General of Virginia sent him a letter to knock it off.

If Bloomberg wins this ordeal, that means that we can get a class action lawsuit together against him for affecting our ability to purchase a gun in (Winnfield, Louisiana - or insert the name of your town here), and I can force him to go to trial in MY jurisdiction where my first cousin is judge, and we can make him pay us millions - after all, that's what he's doing! Then, while he's throwing his fit at trial - oops, that's contempt of court! Officer (brother-in-law), arrest this man! He's really opened pandora's box now.
