who would reveal the VICTIM's name but the person who knows it? who else knows about the details of Lamar Gavin's, the cop on suspension for his gun-waving antics & other indiscretions, but him? the person revealing info on this blog knows personally what is going on and is desperately trying to make his case here b/c he knows he is going to be found guilty in a court of law...how sad and so desperate....

The media knows the "victim's" name and so does everyone in the Virginia Highlands area. Apparently, the woman that's accusing Gavin of rape, has been around the block a few times. You can find information about anybody through public record, it's really sad.

If this is the woman that used to live where I did, she is one crazy individual. She was always blasting her music at weird hours of the night and none of us could fall asleep. A couple of us called the police on her a few times so she'd turn the music down. She also sent a letter to everyone in the A building claiming to see a man climbing the walls with his bare hands at night. We all laughed about the letter and said she probably thought she saw Spider-Man.

The woman claiming rape is Jennifer Hughey? Isn't that the girl who moved out of her apartment and stiffed management on the rent she owed?

Will the tape be posted on youtube after the trial? The tape will be public record after the trial right?

The tape won't be put on youtube, but all evidence presented during criminal and civil trials are public record afterwards. I think the media may be given access to the sex tape after the trial though. I'm interested in seeing the contents of the tape myself.

This news item is dated 5/10/07. The article states that his trial would be 7/07. Why are we discussing this now? Perhaps our astute WXIA news team could give us an update to discuss instead of wasting our time.

The rumor is that she's been staying at a rehabilitation center for the past 8 months so she'll seem like a more credible witness. That's funny as hell if it's actually true.
